个人简介
郑倩望,女,博士,先后毕业于中山大学生物科学专业、新加坡国立大学 (National University of Singapore) 食品科学专业。2016 年以首聘副教授方式引进到华南农业大学食品学院。主要从事食品生物污染与控制、生物防腐保鲜技术,以及生物活性物质研究及相关产品开发。近五年来在 Food Microbiology, International Journal of Food Microbiology, Food Control 等杂志上发表 SCI 论文12篇,多次参加知名国际会议(IAFP Annual Meeting,IFT Annual Meeting & Food Expo,IUToST等)并发表演讲。
