个人简介

侯娟,女, 1988年10月生,主要以甜瓜为研究对象,从事瓜类作物抗逆分子生物学研究,已发表SCI论文11篇,其中以第一作者在Journal of Experimental Botany、Frontiers in Plant Science、Plant Physiology and Biochemistry等SCI杂志发表4篇,主持并参与多项国家自然科学基金项目,主要讲授本科生 “园艺植物组织培养”和“园艺产品采后处理学”等课程。 学习经历(大学以后): 2007/09~2011/06 河南科技大学 林学院 园艺专业 学士 2011/09~2017/06 华中农业大学 园艺林学学院 蔬菜学专业 硕博连读 博士 任职经历: 2017/07~至今 河南农业大学 讲师 承担科研项目及获奖情况: 1. 国家自然科学青年基金项目,甜瓜HD-Zip IV转录因子CmGL调控多细胞表皮毛形成的分子机制研究,主持 2. 河南省高等学校重点科研项目计划,甜瓜HD-Zip IV转录因子CmGL调控表皮毛形成的分子机制,主持 3. 河南农业大学博士科研启动项目,甜瓜耐冷相关R2R3-MYB的功能解析,主持 4. 国家自然科学基金面上项目,黄瓜WD40转录因子LL(LITTLE LEAF)调控侧枝数量的分子机制研究,参与 5. 国家自然科学基金面上项目,甜瓜Golden2-Like转录因子调节叶绿体发育的分子机理研究,参与 6. 国家自然科学青年基金项目,感病基因StDND1调节马铃薯抗晚疫病的分子机制研究,参与 7. 国家自然科学基金面上项目,马铃薯淀粉酶StBAM9在低温糖化过程中的功能解析,参与 学术交流情况: 多次参加国内学术交流。
