学术交流经历 第四届食品非热加工与营养国际会议、第九届中国功能性食品产业发展大会、第十届功能性食品产业发展大会等会议。
研究领域
食品营养与健康，集中于食品中活性成分的分离鉴定、活性评价、作用机制与代谢吸收特性，以及通过大分子包埋提高活性成分生物利用度等方面研究。
