个人简介

游丽君,女,博士,籍贯福建省,现为华南理工大学食品科学与工程学院副研究员,食品科学系副系主任,2015年广东省特支计划青年拔尖人才专项入选者、2015广东省优秀青年教师计划入选者、2015年广州市珠江科技新星专项入选者。2010年8月份留校工作,2013年3月破格晋升为副研究员、硕士生导师,2016年破格晋升为博士生导师,是省部科技特派员,是多个国际顶级食品期刊的特约审稿人。于2009年和2016年被国家留学基金委公派至美国康奈尔大学进行访问交流。 目前主要从事生物活性多糖(调节肠道菌群、降血糖、降血脂、抗紫外辐射、提高免疫力等)、多酚(抗癌、降血脂)、多肽(抗氧化、抗疲劳)的分离鉴定、功效评价和作用机制方面的研究。主持国家自然科学基金1项、省部级项目5项、教育部中央高校基本科研业务费专项3项、主持企业横向项目4项。第一作者/通讯作者文章共50多篇,其中被SCI/EI收录35篇(二区以上论文25篇,两篇论文入选ESI高被引论文),申请专利13项,其中授权10项。成果《中草药活性多糖快速筛选、制备关键技术及产业化应用》通过广东省科技成果鉴定并于2017年获得广东省科学技术奖励一等奖。该成果于2015年获江门市科学技术奖励特等奖。 科研项目 主持国家自然科学基金1项、省部级项目5项、教育部中央高校基本科研业务费专项3项、主持企业横向项目4项。 1.国家自然科学基金,抗疲劳肽的构效关系及抗疲劳与抗氧化活性的相关性研究,2012.1-2014.12; 2.广东省特支计划青年拔尖人才项目,2016.6-2019.5; 3.广州市珠江科技新星,龙须菜多糖拮抗皮肤光老化的作用机制及构效关系研究,2016.5-2018.4; 4.广东省自然科学基金团队项目(核心成员),全谷物糙米中游离态和结合态酚类物质调节脂质代谢作用机制,2016.6-2021.6; 5.广东省自然科学基金,海藻多糖对光老化皮肤基质胶原降解的拮抗机制研究,2015.1-2018.1 6.广东省科技计划项目,中医经典名方结合现代功能因子保护胃肠道健康机理研究及其产业化发展,2011.1-2013.12; 7.中央高校科研业务费重点项目,海藻多糖抗皮肤光老化的功效及机理研究,2015.7-2017.7; 8.中央高校科研业务费面上项目,海藻多糖高效制备及降血糖机理研究,2013.1-2014.12; 9.企业委托项目,SZ和LY体内外抗氧化活性成分的含量及功效研究,2016.11-2017.10; 10.中山市食品药品监督管理局委托项目,中山市保健食品原料风险分析和防控措施研究,2014.11-2016.11; 11.企业委托项目,YEDT的保湿功效研究,2013.11-2014.10; 12.企业委托项目,灵芝多糖构效关系及工艺研究,2011.10-2012.12。 获奖 1.成果《中草药活性多糖快速筛选、制备关键技术及产业化应用》通过广东省科技成果鉴定并于2017年获得广东省科学技术奖励一等奖(排名第8)。该成果于2015年获江门市科学技术奖励特等奖。 2.2015年广东省特支计划青年拔尖人才; 3.2015年广东省优秀青年教师; 4.2015年广州市珠江科技新星; 5.“挑战杯”课外学术科技作品竞赛省赛一等奖的指导教师。 6.优秀研究生级主任。
