个人简介
男,1979,副教授,国际制糖工业工艺师协会(SIT)会员,美国食品科学技术学会(IFT)会员,美国化学学会(ACS)会员,教育部留学基金委公派美国路易斯安娜州立大学Audubon 糖业研究中心联合培养博士。承担国家自然科学基金、广东省自然科学基金、广东省产学研项目等各类科技计划项目10多项,在Food Chemistry、Zuckerindustrie、 Food Research International、International Sugar Journal等主流杂志发表20多篇学术论文,申报国家专利10项,授权5项。具有一定的国际影响力,于2013年5月担任第72届国际制糖科技大会秘书长,负责组织筹备整个会议在华召开,并在会上做专题报告(国外与会代表170人,国内代表80人,参会代表来自22个国家地区)。有较好的产学研合作基础,获得2012年广东省科技进步奖“高值化糖品绿色加工关键技术及应用”一等奖,2014年度新疆生产建设兵团农二师铁门关市科学技术进步奖一等奖,2015年度新疆生产建设兵团科技进步奖二等奖。在天然产物功能活性因子提取分离及其生物利用等方面有较为深厚的研究工作积累和产业化经验。走访过美国、澳洲、新西兰等多家国际制糖企业,同时也与国内外多家糖业集团有密切的科技合作关系。
