个人简介
1988-2014期间在澳大利亚学习工作,曾任澳大利亚科学与工业研究院材料研究所首席科学家。2014年全职回国,任广东省海外引进创新团队项目“淀粉功能材料及产业化”团队负责人。2016年担任中国-新加坡国际联合研究院院长。澳大利亚皇家化学学会Fellow,澳大利亚MONASH大学名誉高级研究员。期刊《Food Research International》(SCI),International Journal of Food Engineering》(SCI),《World Journal of Gastrointestinal Pharmacology and Therapeutics》(SCI),等国际期刊的编委。长期从事天然高分子材料研究,多次作为组委会成员和分会主席组织国际学术会议,受邀作国际会议学术报告15 次,现为中国降解塑料协副会长,已经发表SCI收录学术论文130多篇(其中5篇单篇影响因子超过20),论文累计引用超过5800 次。.
