个人简介
中山大学生物化学学士、遗传学硕士,香港科技大学生物系博士。2004-2006任职香港科技大学生物系,担任高级研究助理;2007至今,任职华南理工大学食品科学与工程学院; 2011-2012,访学美国康奈尔大学食品系。

研究领域
功能基因组与营养组学
利用功能基因组、转录组、代谢组等技术系统研究光合生物胁迫响应和食品营养与健康。目前的研究内容主要包括蓝细菌和微藻的胁迫响应机制,S2P蛋白酶的功能与机理,发酵食品微生物生态与风味物质形成机理;研究功能性食品防治高脂血症、肿瘤的作用与机理等。
