个人简介
吴凡，女，香港大学建筑学院房地产与建设系博士、同济大学建设管理与房地产系学士。
主讲课程：《工程经济学》、《房地产估价》、《建设项目投资与融资》、《建设项目策划》、《组织行为学》等。
曾在国际学术期刊、欧洲房地产协会年会、世界华人不动产协会年会等国际学术会议上发表论文数篇。
具有多年房地产大型项目策划经验。曾在香港及内地多个城市进行城市片区发展研究、城市旧区更新、土地政策、轨道交通节点土地发展研究、大型房地产项目全程策划等数十个项目的研究。
Dr. Fan WU, is currently a Lecture in the Department of Real Construction Management, the South China University of Technology. Her research focuses on Housing Environment and urban development. She has received a B.Sc. in Construction Management from Tongji University in China, and a Ph.D. from University of Hong Kong. Dr. Wu has years of experience working as a project director on real estate consulting on more than 30 projects in China. The main courses Dr. Wu teaches are: Engineering Economics,Real Estate Appraisal,ConstructionProject Investment and Financing,ConstructionProject Planning,and Organizational Behavior,etc.
