个人简介

合肥工业大学电子科学与应用物理学院副教授，硕士生导师，1998-2002年四川大学物理系本科学习，2004-2007年合肥工业大学电物学院硕士学习，2012-2015年中国科技大学信息学院博士学习，中国科技大学电子科学与技术博士后学习。主要从事射频集成电路、吸波材料和器件研究，主持中央高校基本科研业务费项目等科研项目，在国内外相关期刊上发表论文30余篇。开设课程（本科生、研究生）射频集成电路、半导体集成电路科研项目 1、企业技术开发项目，“电磁频谱稀疏的X波段单模开放式谐振腔研制”（No：W2020JSKF0041），2020.1-2020.12，12万，主持。获奖荣誉合肥工业大学青年教师教学基本功比赛二等奖，2016
