研究领域

鱼类遗传学与分子育种。目前主要从事鲤科模式鱼类-斑马鱼和鲤科养殖鱼类-鲤鱼的性腺发育和性别分化的机制研究。通过在斑马鱼中阻断类固醇激素的合成(敲除cyp17a1),构建了雄激素和雌激素缺乏的模型和“全雄性”纯合子群体,发现了鱼类中存在垂体Fshβ在精巢发育/精子发生中的补偿机制、雌激素对卵巢发育的可塑机制和雄激素对第二性征的维持机制。同时,我们拟将阻断类固醇激素合成的策略在鲤鱼中进行水产应用,通过在养殖鱼类鲤鱼中完成性别控制育种(培育遗传上“全雌”的黄河鲤),最终实现增产。另外,还发现胰岛素受体 a促进糖转换成脂肪的过程,而胰岛素受体b通过激活生长激素信号通路,进而促进脂肪的利用和蛋白质的合成等。
