研究领域
1. 植物病原真菌对杀菌剂抗药性的分子机制
重点以禾谷镰刀菌（Fusarium graminearum）为主要研究对象，监测不同地区的禾谷镰刀菌对新型杀菌剂的抗药性现状，并通过分子生物学、分子遗传学、生物化学、生物物理学、组学及结构生物学等方法揭示抗药性产生的分子机制，为小麦赤霉病的化学防控及新型杀菌剂的研发提供依据。
2. 小麦抗赤霉病基因挖掘与资源利用
重点以禾谷镰刀菌-小麦的相互作用关系为主要研究对象，挖掘小麦中抗赤霉病的新基因，并通过系统深入地研究其功能，为抗赤霉病小麦新种质的选育提供可靠的基因资源。
