Conservation Biology Ecology Fire Ecology Landscape Ecology Mammalogy

I conduct ecological research that aims to contribute solutions to global conservation problems. My areas of interest include fire ecology, landscape ecology and conservation management. Much of my work is focused on understanding how fire regimes influence biodiversity. I am also developing research programs focused on habitat fragmentation in the tropics and the ecology of arid-zone ecosystems.
