彭卓华，男，民族，1967年2月出生，湖南邵东人，湖南科技大学数学与计算科学学院教师。
学习工作经历
1、1986年09月～1989年06月，邵阳师范专科学校数学专业
2、1989年07月～1993年08月，邵东县流泽中学教师
3、1993年09月～1996年06月，邵东县棠下桥中学教师
4、1996年07月～2000年08月，邵东县佘田桥中学教师
5、2000年09月～2003年08月，中南大学应用数学专业硕士生
6、2004年09月~2007年06月，湖南大学数学与计量经济学院应用数学专业博士生
7、2003年09月～2009年11月，湖南科技大学数学与计算科学学院，讲师
8、2009年12月～迄今，湖南科技大学数学与计算科学学院、副教授
研究项目
1．主持.湖南省科技厅科技计划项目“信息网络中约束矩阵方程高效算法研究”。该项目已结题，项目编号：2012FJ3048。
2．主持.湖南省教育厅重点项目“约束矩阵方程与不等式问题的算法、理论及应用”。该项目2016年立项，目前正在进行研究，项目经费3万元，项目编号：15A062。
获奖情况
彭卓华，胡锡炎，张磊，《矩阵方程A1X1B1+A2X2B2+…+AlXlBl=C的双对称解及其最佳逼近》被评为湖南省第12届自然科学二等优秀学术论文，湖南省科学技术协会、湖南省人力资源和社会保障厅、湖南省科学技术厅，第1名。
