个人简介

檀财旺,博士,教授/博士生导师,哈尔滨工业大学(威海)材料学院院长助理,先后入选哈工大青年拔尖人才(教授)选聘计划、威海市校地合作人才,山东省泰山学者青年专家。担任焊接杂志社首届青年编委会常务编委、中国有色金属学会先进焊接与连接专委会副秘书长、中国光学学会激光加工专委会高级委员,中国光学工程学会委员。 主要从事激光焊接与增材制造技术研究,主持山东省优青、国家自然基金青年及面上项目、国家高速列车创新中心研发计划、中国博士后基金特别资助、国家重点研发计划课题、山东省重大创新工程、山东省重点研发计划、山东省自然基金、民品/军品横向合作等课题。 近五年在Compos. B. 研究领域

1、异质材料(金属/金属、金属/塑料)激光焊接研究 面向轻量化制造的铝/钢、铝/钛、镁/钢、镁/钛、钛/钢、铜/钢、镍/钢、难熔金属(钼、钽、铌)的异种金属焊接;铝、镁、钛、不锈钢等金属与碳纤/玻纤增强的树脂基复合材料的连接、树脂基复合材料自身的连接;面向航空微细结构件、3C电子产品的激光钎焊。 2、(振镜)激光及激光-电弧复合焊接研究 单激光以及激光-电弧复合焊接的工艺开发,激光(复合)焊接过程物理机制;振镜激光焊接工艺特性及熔池流动行为;振镜激光(复合)填丝焊工艺及传质行为;多能场(磁场、超声)辅助单激光以及激光-电弧复合焊接的耦合机制;激光(复合)焊接过程质量在线监测;基于机器学习的激光(复合)焊接技术。 3、激光增材制造工艺及可靠性评价 面向航天飞行器关键部件的选区激光熔化(SLM)增材制造工艺数据库、材料性能数据库开发;选区激光熔化增材制造样件的组织缺陷评价及服役可靠性评价;激光及激光-电弧复合填丝增材制造关键技术开发;激光金属沉积(LMD)功能梯度材料及质量监测。 4、智能化激光焊接及控制 单激光及激光-电弧复合焊接缺陷监测及诊断技术,面向在线质量监控的轻量化算法开发;激光(复合)焊接过程多信息传感及信号处理技术,多神经网络信息融合方法研究;激光(复合)焊接过程实时控制系统开发,不稳定焊接过程多变量解耦控制策略研究;激光(复合)焊接焊缝跟踪系统开发,强干扰条件下语义分割算法研究。
