教育经历 2006.09-2010.05 材料加工工程 上海交通大学 博士 2004.09-2007.03 材料加工工程 上海交通大学 硕士 2000.09-2004.07 材料加工工程 山东大学 本科 工作经历 2013.09-今 副教授 哈尔滨工业大学(威海)材料学院 2014.5-2015.5 访问学者 密歇根大学激光辅助智能制造中心 2011.03-2015.03 博士后 哈尔滨工业大学材料学院 2010.07-2013.08 讲师 哈尔滨工业大学(威海)材料学院 现主要从事焊接自动化及机器人焊接智能化、激光增材制造(3D打印)、激光及激光电弧复合焊、激光冲击强化等领域的研究工作。对传统GTAW/GMAW等电弧焊接、水下湿法焊接、激光焊接、激光电弧复合焊接等焊接工艺及激光增材制造过程的自动化及智能化控制问题进行了深入研究,发表SCI、EI论文80余篇,申请国家发明专利20余项。主持和参与完成国家重点研发计划、国家863、国家自然科学基金(青年、面上)、山东省自然科学基金项目、山东省重点研发计划、山东重大科技创新工程、中国博士后基金等多项项目。美国电子电器工程师协会(IEEE)会员, 中国焊接学会机器人与自动化专业委员会委员,中国检验检测学会智能制造与重大装备检测分会委员。Transactions on Intelligent Welding Manufacturing期刊编委,Journal of Materials Processing Technology,Additive Manufacturing, Industrial Robot和Rapid Prototyping Journal等国际杂志特约审稿人。

研究领域

1)焊接自动化与机器人焊接智能化 深度学习与智能制造技术、多传感器信息融合技术、经典及智能控制理论在焊接质量自动控制过程中的应用,包括焊缝跟踪、焊接路径自主识别与规划、焊接过程形性一体化自动控制。 2)激光增材制造及其质量智能控制 新材料、梯度材料、复合材料结构及性能一体化增材制造,基于高通量和机器学习技术的增材制造材料一体化设计,激光增材制造过程质量(形状、成分、性能、组织)在线监测及质量智能化控制。 3)激光及激光电弧复合焊接技术 激光及激光电弧复合焊接过程的传热传质行为、激光电弧交互作用机理,扫描振镜激光-热丝TIG/MAG复合焊接技术,窄间隙激光电弧复合焊接技术,激光填丝焊接过程及机理。 4)激光冲击强化及其智能控制 高能量光纤传输脉冲激光水下激光冲击强化技术,应用于核反应堆、航空发动机叶片等关重构件的延寿及修复再制造。
