博士，副教授，硕士生导师，电磁场与无线技术系系主任。科研项目中日地震减灾及其应对技术合作研究科技部国际合作 2012.5-2015.4 项目经费 430万参与纵向项目完成地震前兆舒曼谐振异常提取技术及机理研究国家自然科学基金 2015.1-2017.12 项目经费 24万负责纵向项目完成水下磁性目标的地磁异常探测技术研究山东省自然科学基金 2021.1-2023.12 项目经费 10万负责纵向项目进行中 2014年山东高等学校优秀科研成果奖 2014.9 周洪娟普通本科自然科学类三等奖
