个人简介

刘志勇，男，河南新乡人，工学博士。哈尔滨工业大学(威海) 通信工程系副教授，博士生导师。主要从事无线通信、协作通信、海洋通信、通信信号处理、智能信号处理等方向的研究工作。先后主持2项国家自然科学基金项目、山东省自然科学基金面上项目、威海市大学共建及哈工大科研创新基金项目等，发表SCI/EI检索文章30余篇，授权或申请发明专利10余项。IEEE COMSOC、OES学会会员。教育经历 2003-2010，哈尔滨工业大学(深圳)，信息与通信工程，硕士/博士 1999-2003，大连交通大学，通信工程，学士
