个人简介

陈德珅 哈工大(威海)研究生处(学科办)副处长,海洋工程学院副教授 科研 主要从事大跨空间结构、海洋工程结构、射电望远镜结构等领域研究。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、国家重点研发子课题、国家天文台研究专项、中国博士后基金等科研项目10余项,发表SCI/EI期刊论文20余篇,专利及软著10余项。作为骨干成员参与完成含多个巨型射电望远镜工程、首例高坝电站低温水治理幕墙、多个体育场馆设计咨询等项目。山东省高等学校青年创新团队负责人,曾荣获黑龙江省城乡建设科学技术一等奖(3/11),入选威海校地合作人才 教学 承担土木工程专业核心课《钢结构(1)》和《结构力学2》的教学工作,历年学生评价均为A+或A,曾获第三届全国土木工程专业青年教师教学竞赛一等奖、哈工大第八届青年教师教学基本功决赛一等奖、校区课程思政教学竞赛一等奖及优秀教案奖等,《钢结构(1)》入选哈工大第三批课程思政示范课、威海校区优秀课程思政示范课,个人获评威海校区师德师风先进个人、优秀思想政治工作者、优秀线上教学先进个人等 教育经历 2007.09--2011.07 哈尔滨工业大学(威海)土木工程 本科 2011.09--2013.07 哈尔滨工业大学 结构工程 工学硕士 2013.09--2018.01 哈尔滨工业大学 结构工程 工学博士(导师沈世钊院士) 2015.11--2016.11 University of New South Wales(CSC联培,导师Prof. Yonglin Pi) 2020.12--2020.12 省委统战部全省第二期青年党外知识分子培训班学员 荣誉奖励 哈工大(威海)优秀学生活动指导教师,2019年 哈工大第八届青年教师基本功决赛一等奖(一校三区),2020年 哈工大(威海)首届课程思政教学竞赛一等奖、优秀教案奖,2021年 哈工大工会活动积极分子,2021年 威海市校地合作人才,2021年 哈工大优秀思想政治工作者,2021年 哈工大(威海)师德师风先进个人,2022年 黑龙江省城乡建设科学技术奖一等奖(3/11),2022年 优秀毕业设计指导教师,2020年(郝英辉),2022年(刘硕) 哈工大落实总书记贺信精神教育教学研讨会,优秀论文奖,2022年 第三届全国土木工程专业青年教师教学研讨会教学竞赛一等奖,2022年 哈工大(威海)优秀线上教学先进个人,2022
