2002年博士毕业留校工作至今。期间多次出访香港及英国高校进行科研合作。发表中英文期刊及会议论文数十篇,完成科技项目十余项,IEEE Transaction On Power System, IEEE Transaction on Smart Grid, IET Generation, Transmission & Distribution及多个国内中文期刊审稿人。 工作经历 2002-至今 哈尔滨工业大学电气工程系 教师 2010-2012 英国伯明翰大学 研究员 2006-2007 香港大学 高级研究助理 2003-2004 香港大学 研究助理 教育经历 1992-1996 哈尔滨工业大学电气工程系 工学学士 1996-1998 哈尔滨工业大学电气工程系 工学硕士 1998-2002 哈尔滨工业大学电气工程系 工学博士 研究特色:所完成项目均来自于电力工业实际需求,范围涵盖区域、省、市电力系统的专业技术研究及应用软件系统的开发。 ?国际合作:完成了欧盟、英国及香港地区多个研究项目,与境外高校建立了良好的合作关系,可推荐优秀学生至境外学习。 参与或负责完成国际国内项目如下: 1. FALCON (Flexible Approaches to Low Carbon Optimized Networks). The 3 year project is a major collaboration, led by Western Power Distribution who gained £13M funding from the Low Carbon Network Fund. Aston is leading the technical analysis and investigating the impact of novel power system technologies that are being installed on the low voltage (11kV and below) network around Milton Keynes in order to develop the Smart Network Systems of the future. 2. ICOEUR(Intelligent Coordination of Operation and Emergency Control of EU and Russian Power Grids)funded by EUFP7 (2M Euros for EU side) 3. Research work on two industrial projects on large scale power system stability study, including multi-infeed HVDC transmission, FACTS technology and dynamic phasor theory applications in power systems. (HK$2,000,000) 4. “the Power Market of South China Grid and its Impacts on the Economy of South China”(HK$500,000) 5. The Standard for the Planning of Distribution Network, Funded by Electric Power Company of Liaoning Province (2009, ¥500,000). 6. Static Load Modeling with Real Time Measurement. Funded by Electric Power Company of Liaoning Province (2008, ¥400,000). 7. Power Loss Management System for Distribution network – Phase1 and 2, Funded by Electric Power Supply Company of JinZhou City (2005, 2008, ¥2,000,000). 8. New Equipment Connection Scheme Proposing System from Power Dispatch Center of Guangdong Province (2006, ¥350,000). 9. Optimization of Electrical Energy by Process- Oriented Method, funded by Harbin Institute of Technology (2004). 10.
