个人简介

刘家曦,1980年出生,副教授,博士生导师,哈工大电工新技术研究所。 基本概况 主持国家重点研发计划、自然科学基金青年基金、面上项目,国家重大研发计划、省级重大/重点研发计划、“揭榜挂帅”项目、国家重点实验室专项项目、省部级基金以及校企合作项目30余项,累计承研经费5000余万元。获得教育部技术发明一等奖1项、教育部科技进步一等奖1项。发表论文20余篇,授权专利10余项。 教育经历 1998.09-2002.07 哈尔滨工业大学 电机与电器专业 学士 2002.09-2004.07 哈尔滨工业大学 电机与电器专业 硕士 2006.04-2010.12 哈尔滨工业大学 电机与电器专业 博士 工作经历 2011.07-2014.12 哈尔滨工业大学 电机与电器专业 讲师 2014.07-2015.08 美国威斯康辛大学麦迪逊分校 访问学者 2015.01-目前, 哈尔滨工业大学 电机与电器专业 副教授

1、超精密电机驱动控制 (1)面向3nm光刻机的超精密电驱动理论与关键技术 (2)面向卫星领域的精密磁浮驱控方法 (3)精密电流检测技术 (4)新型功率拓扑及其驱动技术 具体内容:精密电流传感器的电、磁、热优化设计技术、高精度电流信号处理技术、SiC以及GaN的驱动控制技术、多电平功率驱动拓扑、高精度复合线性控制方法、多绕组混合驱动控制技术、新型ARM/DSP/FPGA等电子器件的混合架构及数字处理方法等 2、超高速电驱动、发电及能量管理 (1)300,000rpm以上超高速电主轴稳速控制技术 (2)面向全电飞机的高速电动机逆变驱动及容错控制方法 (3)高速发电机整流控制技术 (4)高速起动发电机能量管理方法 具体内容:电机无位置传感技术、电流谐波抑制技术、三电平电机驱动技术、电流解耦控制技术、电机谐振抑制技术、模块化电机驱动控制技术、高速电机功率因数校正技术、高速电机驱动拓扑、高速电机系统下垂控制等 3、特种伺服驱动技术 (1)面向航空航天的电动舵机伺服驱控技术 (2)面向机器人的伺服驱动方法 (3)电机先进控制方法 具体内容:电机参数辨识技术、伺服系统参数自整定技术、电流预测控制技术、电机高频谐振及低频抖振抑制技术、电机鲁棒控制技术等
