个人简介

罗文晟，博士，副教授、博士生导师，2019年获得哈尔滨工业大学控制理论与控制工程专业博士学位。攻读博士期间曾获国家留学基金委资助赴西班牙进行联合培养，并获得西班牙塞维利亚大学博士学位(双博士学位)。主要从事先进控制理论与方法、功率变换器先进控制、微电网优化运行控制以及新能源动力系统控制等方向的研究。目前共发表论文20余篇，合作出版英文专著1部；主持国家自然科学基金青年基金；获黑龙江省自然科学一等奖(2019年，排名第三)。教育经历 2016.12 - 2019.09 塞维利亚大学（西班牙）博士 2014.09 - 2019.09 哈尔滨工业大学博士 2007.09 - 2009.07 哈尔滨工业大学硕士 2003.09 - 2007.07 哈尔滨工程大学学士工作经历 2021.12 - 至今哈尔滨工业大学电气工程及自动化学院副教授 2019.12 - 2021.12 哈尔滨工业大学电气工程及自动化学院讲师 2012.08 - 2014.05 长安集团哈尔滨东安汽车发动机制造有限公司技术员 2009.07 - 2012.07 南车集团株洲电力机车研究所有限公司工程师科研奖励非线性不确定系统基于状态估计的控制理论与方法，黑龙江省自然科学一等奖（第三完成人，2019年）
