个人简介
刘洪臣,男,教授,博导, 黑龙江省教学名师,IEEE Senior Member, IEEE Access 杂志副主编,宝钢优秀教师奖,黑龙江省五一劳动奖获得者。主持和参与国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、教育部博士点基金、中国博士后基金、黑龙江省博士后基金,哈工大校基金,国家863项目,973项目,科技部对俄合作项目及哈尔滨市重点科技攻关项目多项。发表论文80余篇,SCI检索40余篇,多篇发表在国内外顶级刊物上,授权发表专利13项。
