个人简介
刘辉,哈尔滨工业大学,能源科学与工程学院,教授,博士生导师,工学博士。主要从事空间电推进技术研究。承担引力波探测微推进系统及新型固体工质电推进系统研制工作。 出版专著2部,发表SCI 论文80 余篇,授权专利 20 余项。获国家科技进步二等奖一项,省部级奖三项。
