个人简介
张帅博士是浙江大学“百人计划”研究员,国家“海外高层次人才计划”入选者,博士生导师。2018年入职浙江大学岩土所。作为项目负责人共主持科研项目5项,项目主要来自浙江大学、香港政府研究资助局、香港职训局等。长期致力于极端气候诱发地质灾害链长期演化机理分析、风险定量评价及预警相关科学研究,研究成果共发表学术论文44篇,其中SCI文章23篇,论文获国际三大岩土权威期刊之一Canadian Geotechnical Journal授予Editor’s Choice Awards。

“天空地”多灾害风险评估及应急智慧管理小组
张帅研究员的“天空地”多灾害风险评估及应急智慧管理研究小组现有10名成员,其中博士生3人,硕士生6人,联合博士后1人。主要研究方向为:多重灾害天空地三位一体协同智慧监测、灾害链长期演化规律及风险定量评价、固废填埋场污染迁移转化规律及健康风险分析、基于机器学习的遥感识别智能算法等。
研究小组自成立以来,长期致力于自然地质灾害和城市固废填埋场易发生的突发及非突发灾害风险评估研究。通过天-遥感卫星InSAR监测系统、空-无人机监测系统、地-地面多功能勘测系统进行大数据库建立,结合物理数值模型试验、贝叶斯理论、人工智能算法等,对滑坡、泥石流、堆体失稳等环境地质灾害及衍生灾害链、水土污染下的生态及人体健康风险等系列科学问题进行深入研究,最终实现城市典型环境地质灾害应急管理的智能决策。

•2020年9月21-9月23日,张帅老师、彭靖宇、韩英越参加中国环境科学学会2020年科学技术年会,发表题为《中国工业固废遗留场地污染情况及风险评估》、《国内外污染场地风险评估历史进程及研究》的汇报。
2020年是打赢污染防治攻坚战的决胜之年,年会主要围绕打赢蓝天保卫战、打好碧水保卫战、推进净土保卫战、生态环境保护和修复、基础环境管理和科学研究等内容,积极搭建“产学研用”交流平台,促进科技创新和科技成果转化应用。
•2019年8月9日-8月10日,彭靖宇、韩英越、李璨、张明鹏参加第三届全国青年工程风险分析和控制研讨会。
本次研讨会集中展示了近年来工程风险分析和控制领域的最新进展与成果,探讨了相关学科的未来发展方向,促进了土木工程领域相关青年专家、学者之间的交流,为推动我国工程灾害与风险控制的科技进步和创新发展提供了契机。
