个人简介

应天煜博士目前担任浙江大学管理学院旅游与酒店管理系系主任。在2015年12月入职浙江大学管理学院之前,应天煜博士曾任教于新西兰奥塔哥大学商学院。自2006年以来,应天煜博士一直致力于旅游者行为、目的地营销、以及可持续旅游开发与管理等领域的研究,曾先后在包括Tourism Management、Journal of Travel Research、以及Journal of Sustainable Tourism等国际顶尖旅游学术期刊发表论文。在过去的十年间,应天煜博士曾在美国、中国、新西兰、荷兰、以及阿根廷等多个国家主持或参与过与旅游相关的科研与咨询项目。其有关乡村旅游产业组织的研究曾获得2015年国家旅游局优秀研究成果二等奖。 教学与课程 管理沟通 国际旅游业 旅游心理学 Advances in Tourism and Hospitality Research China Tourism and Chinese tourists Applied Research in Tourism and Hospitality 科研项目与荣誉 主持科研项目(近3年) 1.组织情境下员工使用移动社交与即时通讯软件的行为研究.浙江省“钱江人才计划”(QJC1702010),2017.08-2018.12。 2.移动社交网络(微信)对服务企业组织沟通与协作模式的影响研究.国家社科基金(16CGL019),2016.06-2019.06。 3.移动互联网环境下面向观众的智慧博物馆关键技术研究及示范.科技部支撑计划(2015BAK01B04-03),2015.7-2017.12。 获奖荣誉(近3年) 1.2017浙江省“钱江人才计划”资助人员 2.2016旅行与旅游研究协会亚太分会(Travel and Tourism Research Association Asia-Pacific Chapter)年会最佳论文奖 3.2015年国家旅游局优秀旅游学术成果二等奖(乡村旅游产业组织研究)
