个人简介

吴东儒,1984年生,中国台湾高雄人。2019年7月任哈尔滨工业大学经济与管理学院组织与人力资源系准聘副教授,博士生导师。2014年获台湾中山大学企业管理博士学位;2014年获台湾中山大学优秀博士论文奖,及台湾斐陶斐荣誉会员。2015年获福建省台湾引进人才计划;2017年获福建省泉州市高层次人才称号。研究方向为工作压力与情绪、数智化组织行为、中国式管理和家族企业研究。目前在相关领域已积累50余篇国际期刊论文,5篇国内期刊论文。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目一项,教育部人文社会科学项目一项,以及黑龙江省自然科学基金优秀青年基金项目(2021年黑龙江省优青)等国家级和省部级科研项目。 教育经历 2009.09-2014.07 企业管理学系 台湾中山大学 管理学博士 工作经历 2019/07- 副教授,哈尔滨工业大学经济与管理学院 2016/12-2019/06 副教授,国立华侨大学工商管理学院 2014/09-2016/11 讲师,国立华侨大学工商管理学院 2012/06-2013/10 台湾亿丰金属工业股份有限公司
