王丹，女，汉族，1963年生。多年来从事组织行为和商务计划的教学工作，曾先后为省内多家上市公司的中高层管理干部进行培训。 先后主持、参与国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目以及国际合作项目、中国博士后科学基金项目、黑龙江省自然科学基金项目、哈尔滨市回国人员基金项目以及多项国际合作项目和横向合作项目等。 工作经历 1987.07 - 1989.12 哈尔滨工业大学管理学院 助教 1989.12 - 1995.07 哈尔滨工业大学管理学院 讲师 1995.07 – 今 哈尔滨工业大学管理学院 副教授 硕士生导师 2007.01 – 2007.03 美国普度大学Krannert管理学院 访问学者 2007.03 – 2010.10 哈尔滨工程大学经济与管理学院 博士后 教育经历 1981年-1985年，黑龙江大学英国语言文学系，文学学士 1985年-1987年，哈尔滨工业大学应用语言学专业，研究生 2000年-2002年，澳大利亚昆士兰理工大学，工商管理硕士 2001年-2006年，哈尔滨工业大学管理学院，管理学博士 荣誉称号 2013年 译著获黑龙江省第十五届社会科学优秀成果二等奖. 约翰·A.皮尔斯二世，小理查德·B.鲁滨逊著.王丹等译. 战略管理：制定、实施和控制.中国人民大学出版社，2005 2013年 学员最喜爱教师. 哈药集团MBA课程班
