个人简介

多年来一直从事生物信息学、肿瘤信息学以及计算表观遗传学领域的科研工作。致力于表生物医学领域的高通量数据挖掘的算法和软件开发,可视化网络平台及数据库构建。科研成果在《Nucleic Acids Research》,《Science Reports》、《Development》、《Database》、《Briefings in Bioinformatics》等有国际影响的杂志上发表了多篇论文。研究方向涉及到肿瘤生物学、发育生物学、比较基因组学等领域的基因组、表观基因组、转录组和代谢组学的数据分析、功能挖掘以及生物标记物的识别。 工作经历 2018/04- 至今 哈尔滨工业大学,生命科学与技术学院 教授,博士生导师 2006/05- 2018/04 哈尔滨医科大学,生物信息科学与技术学院 教授,博士生导师 教育经历 2003/04- 2006/03 日本国立新泻大学,自然科学研究科 计算生物学 博士 2001/04- 2003/03 日本国立新泻大学,理学院 计算生物学 硕士 1987/09- 1992/07 哈尔滨医科大学 临床医学 本科
