个人简介

研究领域

目前实验室的研究集中在内侧内嗅皮层(medial entorhinal cortex,MEC)。MEC作为海马体和新皮层间的接合部分在空间导航、学习和记忆中起到了举足轻重的作用。MEC中含有多种空间细胞,包括网格细胞(grid cells),头向细胞(head direction cells),边界细胞(border cells),和速度细胞(speed cells)。其中,网格细胞具有呈六边形网格排列的多个空间放电野,是最重要的空间细胞。自从最先在大鼠中发现以来,网格细胞也被发现存在于小鼠、蝙蝠、猴子和人类中。网格细胞与海马体中的位置细胞(place cells)一起构成了大脑中的综合定位系统,即一个内部的GPS。而其他空间细胞,尤其是头向细胞和速度细胞,则被认为是向网格细胞提供信息以进行路径整合(path integration)。在过去的十多年中,网格和其他空间细胞的在体记录加深了人们对它们的认识,但是网格状放电野的形成仍是一个未解之谜。要回答这个问题,不仅需要更深入的行为学研究,也需要有对MEC中细胞特性和神经回路的全面了解。因此,本实验室旨在揭示MEC中空间细胞的单细胞和回路基础
