个人简介

杨帆博士于2009年毕业于北京大学化学与分子工程学院物理化学专业,之后在美国西雅图华盛顿大学化学系做博士后,研究助理,代理讲师,2017年底加入哈尔滨工业大学生命科学与技术学院。在北京大学期间,师从北京大学核磁中心金长文教授,运用核磁共振(NMR)的方法研究细菌中重要蛋白质的结构和功能,之后在华盛顿大学与Gabriele Varani 教授合作,将研究领域扩展到RNA与蛋白质/小肽的相互作用,主要包括miRNA,mRNA前体,HIV-TAR,以及paRNA等。杨帆博士在哈尔滨工业大学的实验室将继续开展对重要RNA与蛋白质相互作用的研究,真诚欢迎对生物大分子结构或NMR有兴趣的同学加入! 工作经历 2017.12 - 今 哈尔滨工业大学 副研究员 2015.10 - 2017.6 华盛顿大学(University of Washington)化学学院 代理讲师 2013.10 - 2015.10 华盛顿大学(University of Washington)化学学院 研究助理 2009.11 - 2013.10 华盛顿大学(University of Washington)化学学院 博士后 教育经历 2004.9 - 2009.7 北京大学 物理化学 理学博士 2000.9 - 2004.7 南开大学 化学 理学学士
