研究领域

主要从事3个方向的科学研究: (1)Nrf2抗氧化信号通路与相关疾病: 环境因素与多种疾病密切相关。Nrf2系统能对多种环境因子做出应答,激活抗氧化蛋白酶和第II相解毒酶等异物代谢酶的活性,使有害物质代谢排出体外,减缓对机体的损伤。我做的主要工作是:探究Nrf2信号通路的解毒/抗氧化机制。及其在骨质酥松、高脂血症、动脉硬化、脂肪肝、肿瘤等疾病中的作用机制。 (2)纳米材料的生物医学应用: 荧光纳米材料物的医学应用是当今的研究热点,特别是在生物监测和成像以及肿瘤介入治疗等方面。我做的主要工作是:制备装载复合型多模态纳米医用材料,用于重要疾病的检测及治疗。先后开发了具有抗氧化性、高金属离子敏感性、抗菌性、以及抗肿瘤性的荧光碳量子点;核磁/超声引导的光热以及靶向复合型多模态荧光纳米材料。 (3)斑马鱼毒疾病模型: 斑马鱼易饲养,产卵量大,体外受精,胚胎透明,可以实现发育过程活体观察以及荧光实时监测,在疾病机制及药物筛选中应用广泛。我做的主要工作是:建立了斑马鱼疾病模型体系,对疾病机制、药物筛选、毒性评价、以及靶向纳米药物开发方面等方面进行系统性研究。
