个人简介

王琮, 山东青岛人,九三学社社员,工学博士,哈尔滨工业大学电子科学与技术学科博士后,教授, 博士生导师,青岛大学客座教授,韩国光云大学客座教授,科技领军人才创新驱动中心工程师导师,成渝地区双城经济圈先进技术研究院兼职研究员,济南槐荫经济开发区半导体产业发展特聘顾问,光电材料器件网专家委员会理事,SCI 期刊 Micro & Nano Letters 副主编,现就职于哈尔滨工业大学电信学院微波工程系。 王琮博士发挥半导体加工优势,以化合物半导体砷化镓无源/砷化镓 & 氮化镓有源射频、微波、毫米波器件、智能物联网传感器、基于无线通信技术的疾病诊疗关键问题为研究背景,确立了若干具有持续发展潜能的方向,在电子器件设计与建模、半导体器件加工以及无线射频技术在生物医学等前沿方向取得了一系列具有国际影响的成果。开创了以超小型射频器件为研究基础的射频微波生物传感器设计新方向,攻克了射频生物传感器不可重复利用等关键技术难点,加速了生物医学与射频技术、半导体加工领域的融合。在本学科国内外权威期刊上发表学术论文300余篇,其中在InfoMat、Biosensors and Bioelectronics等国际权威期刊上发表SCI论文140篇(其中中科院1区TOP文章20篇),单篇论文最高影响因子22.7,已授权发明专利58项,技术转让4项,曾经承担完成韩国国家、省部级科研项目30余项。
