个人简介
Dr. Xiaoling Zhou obtained her Ph.D. from the Center for High Pressure Science and Technology Advanced Research (HPSTAR) in 2017. She has received the “ALS Doctoral Fellowship in Residence Award” supported by DOE in 2015-2017 and started her research career on high pressure nanoscience combined with synchrotron-based X-ray at the Advanced Light Source of Lawrence Berkeley National Lab. From 2017 to 2020, Dr. Zhou worked in the University of Utah (also supported by LBNL as a collaborative postdoc) and Princeton University, in which she started working on high pressure mineral physics. She went back to China and joined in HIT in Dec., 2020.
Dr. Zhou has published on journals including Nature, PRL and PRB, etc. She mainly worked on high pressure physics and material mechanics.
