研究领域

分子工程实验室的主要研究方向: 1.分子影像与纳米医学。针对重大脑疾病(脑肿瘤和神经退行性疾病)、心血管疾病、耐药菌、肿瘤等,设计新型分子影像探针和纳米药物,重点应对精准医学影像技术面临的挑战,注重临床转化研究。当前特色工作是发展近红外二区(NIR-II)光学成像探针,以解决临床疾病的早期诊断和可视化治疗中的难题,实现精准诊疗。 (1) 使用多学科知识和技术(有机化学、高分子、药学、生物、医学、纳米技术、先进(荧光、光声、核磁、多模态等)影像技术),着重提高多尺度成像的质量(灵敏度、分辨率、深度和信噪比)和各种治疗方法(手术、化疗、光动力、化学动力、超声动力、光热、放疗、免疫治疗等)的疗效,推进转化医学的进步。 (2)近红外荧光成像系统的搭建与生物医学应用集成化。 (3)前药、药物递送高分子、生物材料。新型药物制剂材料和技术研究。 2.高分子树脂与复合材料:用于固态锂电池的聚电解质,环氧树脂、有机硅、聚酰亚胺、聚酯、水凝胶;高分子复合材料,界面改性,气凝胶,多孔材料(COF,COF,CMP等),介电高分子材料,电子材料 3.光电与能源材料:聚集诱导发光材料,共轭高分子,小分子和高分子的有机发光二极管材料与器件(OLED,PLED),热电高分子、力致变色材料、磷光材料、动态荧光防伪材料、体外检测材料,光/电催化材料,电子/空穴传输材料。 4.智能材料:压电材料、功能水凝胶、光/热/磁控形变高分子等。
