个人简介

哈尔滨工业大学(深圳)材料学院教授、博士生导师,国家级青年人才,广东省杰出青年科学基金获得者,孔雀团队核心成员。 分别在厦门大学,浙江大学和南洋理工大学获得学士,硕士和博士学位;博士毕业后在伊利诺伊大学香槟分校和加州大学伯克利分校/劳伦斯伯克利国家实验室从事博士后研究;于2018年初加入哈尔滨工业大学。长期从事(反)铁电、(反)铁磁、多铁和强关联电子体系等复杂功能氧化物材料的制备、结构和性能调控、相关物理机制研究,探索功能氧化物材料在低功耗信息存储、传感与驱动、能量存储与转换、热管理与电卡制冷等领域的应用。主要涉及在原子尺度上对铁性薄膜和异质结的设计及外延生长,铁电、铁磁、压电、磁电和光电等性能表征和相关物理机制研究,以及相关器件的优化设计及制备。在伯克利博后期间参与英特尔项目,构建基于BiFeO3薄膜的超低功耗多铁存储原型器件。 主持国家自然科学基金(3项)、广东省杰出青年基金、深圳市基础研究重点基金等项目。迄今,在 Science, Nature Nanotechno., PNAS, Phys. Rev. Lett.(3篇), Sci. Adv. (3篇), Adv. Funct. Mater.(4篇),Nature Commun.(4篇), Nano Lett.(3篇), ACS Nano(3篇), Adv. Mater.(8篇)和Phys. Rev. B (8篇)等国际期刊上发表SCI论文90余篇;其中近五年以通讯作者在Science, Nat. Commun. (2篇)、Phys. Rev. Lett.、Adv. Mater.、Applied Physics Reviews、Adv. Funct. Mater.等发表论文近20篇。研究成果被十余位发达国家院士/中科院院士和四十余位APS会士等发表在Nature,Science, Nature Mater., Nature Nanotechnol., Nature Phys, Nat. Rev. Mater.,Rev. Mod. Phys.,Phys. Rev. Lett.等期刊引用,总引用次数>4250次,H因子41(Google Scholar Citations);研究工作被劳伦斯伯克利国家实验室、美国物理联合会、Adv. Mater., Nature. Commun.等杂志或机构选为研究亮点报道。曾获“国家优秀自费留学生奖学金”和南洋理工大学Ian Ferguson Postgraduate Fellowship;获亚太同步辐射研究协会AOFSRR资助应邀参加第五届亚太同步辐射论坛。多次应邀为Reviews of Modern Physics, Phys. Rev.系列,Nature Commun., Nano Lett.和Adv.
