个人简介

蔡伟，籍贯广东普宁，华南师范大学法学学士、中山大学法学硕士、香港大学法学博士，中山大学副教授，硕士生导师。在公司法、证券法、金融法、国际民商事纠纷的多元化解决等领域有良好的基础。具备法律职业资格、证券业和银行业的相关任职资格；2006年开始律师工作，并曾就职于深圳证券交易所、中国国际金融有限公司、澳大利亚皇家墨尔本理工大学（RMIT）等机构。获得数项国际和国内学术奖项或基金；主持了澳大利亚联邦政府、德国德意志学术交流中心（DAAD）、中国司法部等提供的数个项目。中英文论文发表在《中外法学》（2013&2018）、《环球法律评论》、《新华文摘》以及牛津大学出版社、剑桥大学出版社、Thomson Reuters, Springer, LexisNexis等出版的刊物上，很多论文获得国内外著名高校学者的引用。曾在澳大利亚高校工作，英语流利，可作为工作语言。近年来讲授《商法》、《公司法》、Company Law（英文）、International Commercial Law（英文）等课程；在国内外的会议做了大量的专业报告和为若干企事业单位提供培训。主要学术认可：中国法学会中国法学青年论坛一等奖，2019 入选皇家墨尔本理工大学Developing Research Leader Program, 2016 Alfred Deakin Postdoctoral Research Fellowship, 2014-2015 全国证券法年会优秀论文二等奖, 2013 香港大学博士论文获得提名Li Ka Shing Prize, 2012 Highly Commended Paper Award Winner at the Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence, 2011 The Endeavour Australia Cheung Kong Research Fellowship, 2010 广东省委宣传部对发表在《中国社会科学》、《新华文摘》等六种刊物上的文章的奖励，2006 中山大学优秀研究生，2006 屉川良一奖学金 (Ryoichi Sasakawa Young Leaders Fellowship), 2005
