1.2004年2月至2006年5月，参加由曼彻斯特大学发展与管理政策研究中心（IDPM）与信产部的科研项目“中国电信监管条例的现状与发展”.
2. 2003年1月至2003年6月, 作为第二参加人参加了英联邦秘书处的研究项目“The Protective Nature of US Rules of Origin on ‘Bras’ Exports to the US”）.
