个人简介
邬爱其，浙江大学管理学院教授，博士生导师，浙江大学全球浙商研究院副院长、浙江大学企业投资研究所所长、浙江大学MBA创业管理项目学术主任，主要从事数字经济、战略管理、创业管理和产业发展领域的科研工作；承担博士生、研究生和本科生《工商管理理论前沿》、《战略管理》、《创业机会识别与评价》等课程；浙江省151人才工程培养人员，美国密歇根大学、约翰霍普金斯大学和澳大利亚墨尔本大学访问学者，曾赴斯坦福大学、MIT、马里兰大学、普渡大学、隆德大学、香港科技大学等访问交流。
邬爱其教授主持国家级项目5项、省部级项目和政府、企业委托项目多项，在Journal of World Business、Management and Organization Review、Journal of International marketing、International Business Review、管理世界、中国工业经济等国内外重要学术期刊发表学术论文数十篇，独立或合作出版《战略管理》、《创业管理：理论与实践》、《数字创新》、《Digital Entrepreneurship》、《宗庆后：笃行者》、《南存辉：行稳致远》等多部教材和专著。
邬爱其教授研发了《中国城市人才生态指数报告》、《中国创业40年》、《浙江省创业发展报告》、《温州市对外开放发展评价报告》等指数报告，在《China Daily》、《哈佛商业评论》、《财经》、《浙江日报》发表署名文章和观点；深入开展智库研究，城市发展、产业创新等领域的多个研究成果得到省市领导批示；担任多家知名公司独立董事、战略顾问和特聘导师，面向企业家和高管讲授《企业战略管理创新》、《企业家精神与浙商创新发展》等培训课程。
邬爱其教授曾荣获首届中国管理学年会优秀论文奖、浙江省科学技术奖二等奖、浙江省高等学校第七届青年教师教学技能竞赛优秀奖、浙江大学管理学院“我最喜欢的老师”等荣誉。

研究与成果
主要从事数字经济与企业战略管理、国际创业领域研究，主持五项国家自然科学基金项目研究，在Journal of World Business,International Business Review,Journal of International Marketing、管理世界、中国工业经济等期刊发表多篇研究成果，参编《战略管理》、《创业管理》、《社会创业》教材，出版《宗庆后：笃行者》和《南存辉：行稳致远》，多项智库研究成果获省市领导批示。
