个人简介

生物饲料开发与利用 幼龄动物消化道发育 消化道微环境稳态与宿主健康

主要从事营养调控幼龄动物消化道发育和微生物功能、消化道微生态与营养代谢、瘤胃发酵与甲烷减排、微生物资源开发利用等方面的研究,利用各种现代组学技术开展基础和应用基础研究: 1、微生物与消化道发育 探索在营养干预和外源微生物介导的情况下,消化道发育过程中微生物菌群栖居与消化、黏膜免疫等功能之间的关系,阐释微生物菌群对肠道发育与功能的影响及其规律。 2、消化道微生态与养分代谢 研究草食动物胃肠道内微生态、纤维物质消化与甲烷生成的微生物学机制,胃肠道壁粘附微生物对养分代谢和吸收的调节。 3、消化道微生物资源开发利用 宏基因组学、体外定向进化和细胞表面展示技术相结合,开发胃肠道微生物酶基因资源,以提高动物生产中纤维物质的高效利用,及其农业废弃物的资源性饲料化开发;宏基因组学与微生物纯培养相结合,发掘动物胃肠道内功能微生物,探讨降低动物甲烷排放的新途径。 4、功能性植物次生代谢产物研究与开发 传统营养学与微生物组学技术相结合,筛选调节甲烷生成的活性物质,并探讨其调节机制。
