研究领域

微量元素吸收、代谢与信号通路 添加剂增效工艺与构效关系 益生素/益生元与肠道健康及免疫 肉质营养调控关键技术与分子机制 伴侣动物营养与宠物食品

主要从事单胃动物微量元素(Zn、Cr、Se)吸收、代谢及信号通路的研究;饲料添加剂增效工艺及构效相关性研究;畜禽肉品质营养调控关键技术与分子机制研究;益生素/益生原对幼龄动物肠道功能及免疫的研究;伴侣动物营养与宠物食品开发。 1.微量元素吸收、代谢与信号通路。系统研究不同化学形式Cr3+的吸收、转运及信号通路;单质纳米硒的构建、吸收及生物学功能研究;高效新剂型氧化锌构建及其对肠屏障功能的研究;微量元素减排综合技术。 2.添加剂增效工艺与构效关系。研究纳米粒径化、微囊缓释、化学改性等技术对微量营养素(微量元素、酶制剂、微生态制剂、有机酸等)的增效作用与构效关系。 3.益生素/益生元与肠道健康及免疫。应用基因敲除技术构建高产丁酸酪丁酸梭菌,实现低值农业废弃物高产有机酸的研究;丁酸梭菌对肠道应激及免疫修复的研究;乳寡糖的制备及其对幼龄动物肠道功能及免疫的影响。 4.肉质营养调控关键技术与分子机制。改善畜禽鲜肉色、香、味的营养调控技术与胴体品质改良的调节机制;特色地方品种猪高效饲养综合技术。 5.伴侣动物营养与宠物食品。伴侣动物犬、猫的营养与相关宠物食品开发。
