个人简介

胡福良,男,理学博士,教授,博士生导师,国务院政府特殊津贴获得者。1964年6月出生,浙江东阳人,1985年7月毕业于浙江农业大学畜牧兽医系畜牧专业,同年留校任教。先后担任辅导员、助教、助理研究员、副研究员、研究员、教授。其间,1993年9月至1997年7月在浙江农业大学植物保护系攻读昆虫学硕士学位,获理学硕士;2002年2月至2005年4月在南非罗德斯大学(Rhodes University)动物与昆虫学系攻读博士学位,获理学博士。曾任浙江大学动物科学学院院长助理(2009-2014)、特种经济动物科学系副主任(1999-2009)。现任浙江大学蚕蜂研究所所长,动物科学学院学术(教授)委员会主任。 长期从事蜜蜂、蜂产品及功能性食品科学的科研与教学工作,在蜜蜂生物学、蜂产品的化学成分、生物学活性、质量控制及深加工技术等领域有较深入的研究,取得了多项原创性成果。先后主持国家自然科学基金、科技部、教育部、浙江省等各级各类课题60余项;获国家技术发明二等奖2项、国家科技进步三等奖1项、省部级奖6项;获得授权国家发明专利38项;制订国家及行业标准10项;主编、副主编著作10部;发表学术论文400余篇,其中,SCI收录110余篇,总被引2100余次,H指数24;培养蜂学博士24人、硕士30人。先后荣获“浙江省青少年英才”“浙江省杰青”“浙江省151人才”“浙江省优秀教师”“浙江省优秀科技工作者”“浙江省三育人先进个人”“浙江大学三育人标兵”“杭州市钱江特聘专家”等称号。 研究与成果 长期从事蜜蜂、蜂产品及功能性食品科学的研究。先后主持国家自然科学基金、科技部、教育部、浙江省等各级各类课题60余项;获国家技术发明二等奖2项、国家科技进步三等奖1项,省部级奖6项;获得授权国家发明专利38项;制订国家及行业标准8项;主编、副主编专著10部;发表学术论文400余篇,其中,SCI收录100余篇。 在蜜蜂生物学、蜂产品的化学成分、生物学活性、质量控制及深加工技术等领域有较深入的研究,取得了多项原创性成果: 一、采用生物诱导与环境诱导相结合的方法,在国内外率先成功组建无障碍同巢意蜂多王群,突破了蜜蜂单王垄断生殖权的基本生物学规律。试验结果表明,应用多王群为生产群补群可显著提高蜂产品产量,应用多王群为生产群提供日龄一致的幼虫可显著减轻蜂农劳动强度,节省劳力;通过对多王群形成机制的研究,首次发现蜂王可在不评估对手实力的情况下,仅基于对自身实力的判断选择规避可能致死的打斗。同时,基于基因表达谱的研究,证实了多王群内蜂王间存在信息素竞争,首次发现蜂王上颚腺信息素并不是蜂王生殖力的指示信号,而更有可能是工蜂卵巢发育的抑制因子,从而揭示了蜂王间达到生殖共享的机制。蜜蜂多王群既为养蜂业创立了独特的饲养管理方式,又为社会性昆虫的研究提供了新的生物模式。 二、对蜂胶的植物来源、功效成分、生物学活性、质量控制及深加工技术进行了系统的研究,出版了我国第一部蜂胶基础研究专著;创立了基于水杨苷和邻苯二酚的HPLC蜂胶与杨树胶的鉴别方法和多指标成分定量结合指纹图谱定性的中国蜂胶质量评价方法,并牵头制定了蜂胶真伪鉴别和标志性成分检测的国家标准与行业标准,解决了困扰蜂胶行业十多年的技术难题。同时,将纳米技术、微胶囊技术和酶解技术等高新技术应用于蜂胶的深加工,提高了蜂胶产品的附加值和生物利用度。 三、对蜂王浆的质量控制尤其是新鲜度指标与评定方法进行了系统研究,从微观到宏观,从定性、半定量到定量建立了多项新鲜度(品质)评价新技术,提出了相关的评价指标和阈值,为科学评价蜂王浆新鲜度(品质)提供了理论依据和技术手段;以蜂王浆优质高效生产和质量安全评价为目的,建立了蜂王浆优质高效生产体系,实现了从源头控制蜂王浆质量。 四、对蜂胶及其活性成分的抗氧化、抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗糖尿病、促创伤修复作用及其分子机制,对蜂王浆及其活性成分的抗炎、抗氧化、抗衰老作用及其分子机制进行了深入研究,为蜂胶和蜂王浆的开发利用提供了理论依据。 五、对国内外不同种类蜂蜜的理化特性和生物学活性进行了较系统研究,基于中蜂蜂蜜与意蜂蜂蜜蜂源性物质的差异,建立了4种中蜂蜂蜜与意蜂蜂蜜的鉴别方法,并基于MRJP2开发了第一款中蜂蜂蜜与意蜂蜂蜜鉴别的ELISA试剂盒。 六、率先对工蜂胎的营养价值、生物学活性及开发利用价值进行了较系统研究,开辟了一条新的蜂产品综合利用途径。 七、在蜜蜂基础生物学研究方面,(1)首次在中国境内发现了“无政府主义”蜂群,通过对这些特殊蜂群生殖特性的研究,并对其上颚腺分泌物的分析,首次阐述了工蜂上颚腺信息素作为调控因子在无政府主义生殖劳动分工的作用,并说明有王群工蜂生殖现象可能比之前认为的更加普遍;(2)在国内外率先系统研究了蜜蜂基因组中的miRNA,尤其是蜂王幼虫和工蜂幼虫的mRNA和miRNA的表达差异,为国际miRBase数据库中蜜蜂miRNA贡献了大部分的数据;(3)对蜜蜂属(Apis)系统发育及中国大蜜蜂(A.dorsata)遗传分化进行了深入研究,明确了蜜蜂属系统发育关系,确定了海南岛大蜜蜂群体和大陆大蜜蜂群体之间的遗传分化;(4)与南京大学团队合作,研究发现蜂粮中的植物源microRNA调控蜜蜂级型分化,这是首次关于植物源microRNA可以跨界调控动物体的表型和发育机制的报道;(5)首次建立了一套用于蜜蜂脑机接口及其神经机理研究的方法系统,并初步揭示了蜜蜂可能的飞行起始神经通路及其特性。
