个人简介

李卫芬,浙江大学农学博士,研究员,博士生导师。浙江省151第二层次人才。 主要从事微生物基因工程、益生菌在畜禽、水产上的作用效果及机理以及有益菌基因表达系统构建等方面的研究和教学工作。先后主持国家自然科学基金、973课题、国家支撑项目子课题、浙江省科技厅等项目20多项。获国家科技进步二等奖1项,浙江省科技科进步二等奖4项,国家发明专利8项。在国内外学术刊物上发表论文100余篇,其中SCI 60多篇。经多年研究,阐明了酶制剂、益生菌、植物提取物和免疫肽在畜禽或水产养殖中作用机理,为益生菌等生物饲料添加剂生产及其应用和推广提供了理论基础和技术支撑。 近年来,先后与哈佛大学黏膜免疫和生物学研究中心,宾夕法尼亚州立大学,俄力冈州立大学,法国农业科学研究院,美国SABINSA集团公司等开展学术合作与交流。 教学与课程 讲授课程: 1.水化学(本科生课程) 2.分子生物学实验技术(研究生课程) 3.生物饲料(研究生课程) 科研项目 主持/主参“973”课题、“863”课题、国家自然科学基金、国家支撑项目子课题、浙江省科技厅等20余项。 1.益生芽孢杆菌对断奶仔猪自噬的影响及其缓解氧化应激的分子机理(国家基金) 2.防治鸡坏死性肠炎专用微生物态制剂的研制与应用(浙江省公益技术研究农业项目) 3.幼龄动物等畜禽多用微生态制剂创制与中试示范(十二五支撑项目子课题) 4.解淀粉芽孢杆菌对巨噬细胞极化的影响及其信号通路解析(国家基金) 5.免疫调节肽PMP研制与中试(十二五支撑项目子课题) 6.饲用生物制剂提高动物免疫及抗氧化功能的作用机制研究(“863”子课题) 7.鼠李糖乳杆菌对仔猪肠道免疫功能的影响及其TLRs信号传导途径的研究(教育部博士点基金) 8.连接肽影响NSP杂合酶结构与特性的机理研究(国家基金) 9.防治鸡球虫病口服生物制剂的研制及产业化(省重点项目) 10.有益微生物对养殖水环境的调控作用及机理(“973”子课题) 11.畜禽用功能型微生态制剂的研制及产业化(省重大专项) 12.动物加工产品绿色防腐技术的研究及产业化应用(省重大专项) 13.热纤维梭菌β-葡聚糖酶耐热的分子机理研究(国家基金) 14.生物防腐剂Nisin-AP杂合基因构建及表达的关键技术研究(省重点项目) 15.高效分泌型芽孢杆菌表达系统构建的关键技术研究(省科技厅) 16.高效、长效、无污染生态型底质改良剂产业化研究(宁波市科技局) 17.β-葡聚糖酶N-端结构与其热稳定性关系的研究(国家基金) 18.新型绿色生物饲料添加剂MSP-1中试及产业化(宁波市科技局) 19.耐热β-葡聚糖酶重组基因的构建及表达(国家基金) 研究与成果 益生菌是指通过改善肠道菌群平衡而对宿主产生有益作用的活微生物。益生菌作为绿色饲料添加剂目前已被广泛应用于畜牧养殖业,其促生长机理与改善动物肠道屏障及提高机体免疫和抗氧化功能密切相关。本研究团队在成功筛选获得一株具免疫调节和抗氧化功能益生菌BaSC06基础上,采用western blot、免疫荧光和透射电镜等方法系统研究了其发挥免疫调节和抗氧化功能的作用机理,取得如下研究进展: 一、通过构建巨噬细胞极化和肠上皮细胞氧化应激模型,成功筛选一株同时具有免疫调节和抗氧化功能的益生菌BaSC06; 二、饲喂BaSC06可提高小鼠体内巨噬细胞数量和含量,直接促进巨噬细胞M1型极化,增加其对ST的杀伤功能;同时BaSC06调节的肠道菌群能够促进巨噬细胞向M2型极化,维持肠道的微生态稳态和炎症平衡,二种巨噬细胞共同发挥作用抵抗ST感染。 三、BaSC06可通过调控Nrf2-Keap1信号通路提高细胞和机体抗氧化酶的表达,同时通过下调NADPH氧化酶的表达,降低ROS产生和线粒体损伤,从而提高动物抗氧化功能。 四、BaSC06还可通过p38MAPK信号通路调节自噬来提高细胞和机体先天性免疫反应和抗氧化功能,缓解病原菌感染和氧化应激所造成的损伤。 专利成果 1.里氏木霉菌株及其用途(ZL 02111421.8)(排名第3) 2.凝结芽孢杆菌菌株及其用途(ZL200610049823.9)(排名第1) 3.一种冬虫夏草发酵菌粉的制备方法(ZL200610050272.8)(排名第1) 4.乳酸乳球菌食品级载体(ZL.200610154649.4)(排名第1) 5.一种冷却肉复合防腐保鲜剂(ZL.200810162614.4)(排名第2) 6.一种防治对虾白斑病的口服生物制剂(ZL.201010130589.9)(排名第1) 7.一种防治鸡球虫病的活载体疫苗制备方法及其用途和由其制成的口服生物制剂(ZL.201010220272.4)(排名第1) 8.猪用复合干扰素诱生剂(201110306648)(排名第1) 9.假单胞菌及其用途(ZL.201210398352.8)(排名第1) 10.表达大肠杆菌毒素蛋白mazF基因的表达盒mazF-cassette及其构建法和用途(ZL.201110223046.6)(排名第1) 研究生培养 本课题组主要研究方向为生物饲料与健康养殖,其中益生菌改善动物肠道和机体健康方面的机理研究处于国内领先水平。 自2003年以来,共培养研究生57位。博士研究生在国家/学校留学基金委的资助下,公派留学至哈佛大学、宾夕法尼亚州立大学、法国农科院等著名院校开展合作研究。所有学生均参加过两次以上学术会议,绝大多数博士研究生曾出国参加学术交流。此外,95%以上的学生获得过各类奖学金及省校级荣誉称号,包括国家奖学金(营养学科每年评选3名左右)、校院级奖学金、诺伟司国际研究生奖学金优胜奖(学院每年评选1名赴诺伟司美国总部实习)、省级优秀毕业生(学院每年评选博士1-2名,硕士4名左右)、校级优秀毕业生等。 课题组学术氛围浓厚,师生关系融洽,就业前景良好。已毕业25位博士生基本就职于大学和科研院所,已毕业32位硕士生在国内外著名企业工作。毕业学生工作业绩突出,成为所在单位的科技精英、业务骨干。 相信怀有理想的你加入到我们这个充满学术氛围与活力的研究团队,将激发出你的科研热情,发挥出你的聪明才智,享受着科学实验,并不断取得令人欣喜的科研成果,成为德才兼备的一流人才。
