个人简介

何湘宁,男,博士学位,教授,博士生导师。 1982年7月和1985年3月于南京航空学院(现为南京航空航天大学)分别获学士和硕士学位,1989年6月获浙江大学博士学位。 1985年至1986年在航空工业总公司608研究所任助理工程师;1991年获英国皇家学会“皇家奖学金”(Royal Fellowship)赴英从事博士后研究。1994年回国,在浙江大学电机系任教。1996年晋升为教授。1997年4月批准为博士生导师。作为访问教授曾于1997年和1998年在英国,1999年在美国,2002年在澳大利亚从事合作研究工作。 1997年以来,分别担任浙江大学校学位委员会委员,工学部、信息学部学位委员会委员,电工学科学位委员会主任,浙江大学电力电子技术研究所所长,应用电子学系主任,电气工程学院副院长等。现为浙江大学电力电子技术国家专业实验室主任。 负责建立(完成)国际合作研究项目10余项。主持(在研和完成)国家、省部级、工业界研究/开发项目50余项。在电力电子器件组合模型和仿真技术,及功率变换器有源和无源无损缓冲拓扑研究上的成果获得国内外同行专家的高度评价。多电平功率变换器基础理论与应用技术研究,高增益电力变换调控方法和电路形成规律,电力电子系统分布式结构和控制等方面的成果在国内外得到广泛的引用和应用。同时在电力电子技术应用于材料处理工程、环境保护工程、可再生能源领域开展交叉学科方向的研究,并实现了产业化。在《Nature Communications》,《IEEE Trans.on PE》,《IEEE Trans.on IE》等期刊和会议上发表高水平论文500余篇。授权国家发明专利60多件。获国家自然科学二等奖,国家技术发明二等奖,瑞士日内瓦国际发明展览大会金奖,省部级科技成果一等奖(4项),中国电源学会科技进步特等奖和一等奖。 1998年获浙江省自然科学基金青年科技人才专项。2002年获“中达学者”(Delta Scholar)荣誉称号。2004年入选省'新世纪151人才工程'重点资助培养人员。2007年和2010年两次作为指导教师获“全国百篇优博论文提名奖”。2011年获浙江大学“求是特聘学者”(Distinguished Scholar);被聘为浙江省首批“151人才工程”导师。2011年和2013年两度获聘为IEEE电力电子学会(PELS)“卓越讲座人”(Distinguished Lecturer)。 1999年10月成为英国电气工程师学会IEE(现为IET)Fellow。2009年11月当选为美国电气与电子工程师学会IEEE Fellow。2012年获国务院政府特殊津贴。2018年当选为“浙江省特级专家”。2020年获何梁何利基金科学与技术进步奖。 工作研究项目 基于数据驱动的大容量IGBT模块健康状态在线辨识研究,国家自然科学基金,2019.01--2022.12
