个人简介

万灿,2008年毕业于浙江大学,2015年在香港理工大学获博士学位,2015年-2017年为清华大学电机系博士后(合作导师:英国皇家工程院院士、IEEE Fellow宋永华教授),2017年至今为浙江大学“百人计划”研究员、博士生导师。 曾为香港理工大学电机工程学系副研究员/助理研究员、香港城市大学研究员、丹麦科技大学访问博士/助理研究员、美国阿贡国家实验室访问研究员。参与了中国、香港、丹麦等国家和地区的多个与可再生能源及智能电网相关的研究项目,其中关于风电功率概率预测的研究成果为电力系统领域顶级期刊《IEEE Trans.on Power Systems》Invited Paper,并获评ESI高被引论文。与丹麦、香港、澳大利亚、美国、英国等国家和地区的研究机构保持合作。 2016年IEEE Trans.on Smart Grid最佳审稿人。近三年来,在IEEE Trans.on Power Systems、IEEE Trans.on Smart Grid等期刊及会议发表论文40余篇(其中IEEE PES Trans.论文20余篇),IEEE PES Trans.等SCI期刊第一作者或通讯作者论文20余篇,3篇第一作者《IEEE Trans.on Power Systems》论文入选ESI高被引论文,2篇论文入选IEEE PES General Meeting最佳论文(Best Conference Paper),获《CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems》优秀论文奖,入选中国科协“青年人才托举工程”,获教育部自然科学一等奖、中国电力优秀青年科技人才奖、首届香港博士研究生奖学金(Hong Kong PhD Fellowship)。2018年国家重点研发计划“智能电网技术与装备”重点专项项目“面向新型城镇的能源互联网关键技术及应用”课题负责人。 研究生培养及招生: 每年招收博士生1~2名、硕士生3~4名,欢迎有志于可再生能源与智能电网相关研究的同学加入研究团队!有意者请将个人简历发至 奖励荣誉 中国科协“青年人才托举工程” 中国电力优秀青年科技人才奖 教育部自然科学一等奖 浙江大学“百人计划” 首批香港博士研究生奖学金(Hong Kong PhD Fellowship) 浙江省优秀本科毕业生 浙江大学优秀本科毕业生 国家奖学金 实验室介绍 所属实验室:智能电网运行与优化实验室(SGOOL) 智能电网运行与优化实验室(SGOOL)于清华大学电机系(2009年)与浙江大学电气工程学院(2013年)分别成立,学术带头人为宋永华教授(英国皇家工程院院士、IEEE Fellow)。实验室自成立以来,致力于促进中国智能电网与可再生能源的发展,专注于电力系统优化运行与控制、智能电网、可再生能源、电力市场、能源互联网等研究领域,现已成为一支在国际上具有一定影响力的研究团队。实验室研究团队包括两名教授、一名研究员、四名副教授以及一批博士后与研究生。 实验室在国家/国际科研项目与人才培养等方面取得了突出成果,国际交流密切,已接收海外高校访问学者多名。实验室已承担约12项国家/国际科研项目,包括国家高技术研究发展计划项目(863计划)、国家自然科学基金项目和国际科学技术合作项目,以及超过20项电力公司科研项目,相关研究成果已应用于蒙东风电基地、北京电网、华北电网、广东电网、贵州电网、辽宁电网等。2010年至今,实验室共申请专利15项,发表和录用期刊论文约130篇,其中SCI论文40余篇,30余篇发表在IEEE Transactions系列期刊上。 实验室网站:http://www.sgool.cn
