个人简介

哈尔滨工业大学深圳机电学院教授、博导。博士毕业于丹麦奥尔堡大学能源技术专业；曾任职德国基尔大学、担任新能源电网团队负责人、中压重点实验室主要负责人；参与基尔大学针对工程专业本科教学改革；为企业（如ABB、Siemens、Korea Rail Institute, Schleswig-Holstein Netz AG, Blocks, Typhoon，Schottische Power Energy Networks, PNDC等）的研发人员和高校（如Politecnico di Bari, Italy, Warsaw University of Technology, Poland等）的青年教师授课累计80余人次，授课内容为本人及团队在电力电子技术与新能源电网方面的最新研究成果。在电力电子技术与新能源电网方面，以主要参与人或子课题负责人承担欧洲重大项目9项（欧盟项目3项、德国自然科学基金重点项目2项、德国科技部重大项目2项等），主持德国和英国新能源方面项目2项。入职哈工大（深圳）后，主持或承担国家/省部级科研项目8项和其他科研项目7项；相关研究成果在欧洲相关企业的工程中得到应用。发表SCI/EI论文约150余篇，其中SCI期刊论文约50余篇（主要为IEEE Transactions期刊论文、3篇分别入选ESI高被引和热点论文），申请专利6项（包括国际专利1项、欧盟专利1项）。累计担任10个电工学科国内外期刊编委/副主编（其中6个SCI期刊），在本领域重要国际会议上受邀大会专题报告7次（包括ECCE、PowerTech、ECCEAisa、EPE等本领域顶级国际会议）、担任技术程序主席、技术程序委员与分会主席、组织专题分会等累计40余次；担任IEEE IES on Renewable Energy System 理事；担任中国电源学会青年工作委员会委员；入选全球前2%顶尖科学家名单、获得IEEE国际能源大会技术分会主席杰出贡献奖、ElectriMacs专题讲座组织奖等。
