研究领域
The ambition of our lab is to engineer functional information devices by leveraging cutting-edge understandings in condensed matter physics and nanophotonics, in order to create impact on future electronic, quantum technologies which push forward humanity.
Our daily research activities include device design & modeling, cleanroom device fabrication, electrical, optical and optoelectronic propertie measurement as well as device application demonstration.
Our research includes but is not limited to:
