谢宛青 - 哈尔滨工程大学

个人简介

谢宛青，女，1982年1月生。于2012年毕业于哈尔滨工业大学，获工学博士学位。攻读博士学位期间，赴韩国汉阳大学生物医学研究中心进行为期一年的基于功能性脑核磁时间序列信号分析算法研究及软件开发工作。获得博士学位同年到中国科学技术大学任教。 2016年至2019年，在美国哈佛大学医学院做研究员，重点开展医疗大数据与人工智能的医工结合项目研究。已主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项，安徽省自然科学基金1项，智能健康体检等国际合作研究项目5项，发表高水平SCI论文30余篇。此外，负责学生海外科研夏令营课程工作，面试、选拔学生（学生来自中国、英国、美国、加拿大），设计课程及项目，并讲授部分课程（大数据与人工智能部分）。教育经历 2001-2005 学士哈尔滨工程大学电子科学与技术 2005-2012 博士哈尔滨工业大学物理电子学 2009-2010 交换生韩国汉阳大学计算机与脑科学研究中心工作经历 2012-2016 工程师中国科学技术大学信息科学技术学院 2016-2019 研究员哈佛大学医学院 2019-今副教授哈尔滨工程大学数学科学学院承担项目 1．基于智能算法的高血压患者睡眠节律变化研究 2．基于便携式心跳采集设备数据的睡眠呼吸暂停筛查算法研究 3．高血压患者高风险心脑血管疾病预测建模 4．基于深度学习的儿童先天性心脏病辅助诊断系统 5． MIT-BI心电判读算法升级 6．智能化健康体检报告及疾病风险评估系统 7．缺血性脑中风二次复发预测 8． X-Research亚健康及压力判读系统 9．基于fMRI的精神分裂症患者脑侧化研究 10．基于fMRI膝关节韧带损伤智能辅助诊断系统 11．衰老对认知障碍影响分析 12．学生科研夏令营课程总负责本科生授课课程概率论与数理统计研究生授课课程深度学习及应用
