柳艾飞 - 哈尔滨工程大学

个人简介

柳艾飞，女，1983年10月出生，籍贯山东省日照市，在信号处理以及应用方面具有丰富的科研经历，包括矢量声纳信号处理、自适应噪声对消技术、信号波达方向估计、波束形成、阵列误差校正、雷达空时联合处理、MIMO 雷达波形设计和 MIMO-STAP 信号处理、雷达信号和数字广播信号频谱共用技术等。已主持和参与数项国家级和省部级的项目。已发表SCI论文13篇，EI论文2篇，国际会议论文7篇。2017年8月至今，在哈尔滨工程大学水声工程学院担任副教授，主持国家自然科学基金项目1项，主持中央高校项目3项，作为主要技术负责人员参与课题组内项目3项。2013年3月至2017年7月，在新加坡南洋理工大学电子工程学院担任研究员。作为主要技术负责人员参与研究机载雷达空时联合处理杂波抑制技术(STAP)，MIMO雷达波形设计技术，MIMO-STAP信号处理技术，雷达信号与数字广播信号之间的频谱共用技术。2012年9月至2013年2月，在德国伊尔梅瑙工业大学通信研究实验室担任研究员，参与研究欧盟项目EMPhAtiC (Enhanced Multicarrier Techniques for Professional Ad-Hoc and Cell-Based Communications)子课题-- FBMC ( filter-bank based multi-carrier) 技术。教育经历 2008年3月-2012年6月，西安电子科技大学，信号与信息处理专业，获博士学位 2005年9月-2008年2月，大连理工大学，通信与信息系统，获硕士学位 2001年9月-2005年7月，鲁东大学，电子信息与科学技术，获学士学位工作经历 2017年08月-至今，哈尔滨工程大学，水声工程学院，副教授、硕士生导师 2013年02月-2017年07月，新加坡南洋理工大学，电子工程学院，研究员 2012年09月-2013年02月，德国伊尔梅瑙工业大学，通信研究实验室，研究员承担项目目前在研项目有：（1）稳健的矢量阵被动测向算法研究。（2）舷侧矢量阵信号处理算法研究。 (3)水下油气生产系统全生命周期可靠性保障技术体系研究子课题-基于光纤通信的水下环境监测系统开发。 (4) 矢量声纳组网探测技术招生信息硕士生指导专业：水声工程、电子与通信工程荣誉西安电子科技大学优秀博士论文,2012.06。西安电子科技大学优秀研究生，2011.10。

研究领域

目前科学研究方向为稳健的水声信号处理算法、舷侧矢量阵信号处理算法、自适应噪声对消技术、矢量声纳组网探测技术。
