个人简介

张楠，2009年毕业于郑州大学药学院药学专业，获学士学位；2013年毕业于美国纽约州锡拉丘兹大学生物工程专业，获博士学位。2014年12月至今，在郑州大学药学院药剂系从事科研和教学工作。主要从事基于生物大分子材料（DNA、多肽、蛋白质等）的药物传递系统的构建、表征和抗炎、抗癌评价以及以生物大分子（DNA、多肽、蛋白质等）纳米结构为工具研究某些重要的生物过程，阐明其发生过程和作用机理。主要担任本科生药剂学实验课和生物药剂学和药动学理论课、研究生物理药剂学的理论课课程。主持中国博士后面上项目和河南省教育厅高等学校重点科研项目各一项；参与国家自然科学基金面上项目两项，与瑞典交流项目一项。在Biomacromolecules，Pharmaceutical Research，European Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences，European Journal of Pharmaceutics and Biopharmaceutics等国际主流期刊上发表论文13篇，申请美国专利1项，中国专利2项。欢迎有志学子的加入。 Dr. Nan Zhang received her bachelor degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Zhengzhou University in 2009 and obtained her doctor degree in Bioengineering from Syracuse University in 2013. She starts to serve as an assistant professor at Department of Pharmaceutics (Zhengzhou University) since Dec 2014. Her research interests are the construction, characterization, and bio-evaluation of anti-inflammatory or anti-cancer efficacy of biomacromolecule (DNA, peptides, and proteins)-based drug delivery systems. She also devotes to use biomacromolecule (DNA, peptides, and proteins)-based nanostructures to explore important biological processes and uncover the underneath mechanism. In addition, she provides experimental lectures to “Pharmaceutics” (undergrad level) and lectures to “Biopharmaceutics and Pharmacokinetics” (undergrad level) and “Physical pharmaceutics” (grad level). Since Dec 2014, she has been granted two funds from Chinapostdoctor and Education Department of HeNan Province, respectively and has participated two funds from NSFC. Major findings by Dr. Zhang have been published in Biomacromolecules，Pharmaceutical Research，European Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences，European Journal of Pharmaceutics and Biopharmaceutics and filed in one US patent and two Chinese patents.
