研究领域
The broad area of my research interest is in cellular signalling and experimental cancer therapeutics. A significant part of our work is studying transcriptional programs (pharmacogenomics) and phenotypic effects of cancer therapeutics targeting the Wnt signalling pathway in mesothelioma and pancreatic cancer. A current focus of our research is the regulation and analysis of mRNA splicing both of Wnt pathway components and by downstream signalling and how this can influence cancer and stem cell biology.
Research in our lab can be loosely divided into two areas although there is plenty of overlap: Wnt signalling in stem cell biology, and experimental cancer therapeutics.
